Young! For how long?

This morning I received an email about the water benefits, it said that the water could help to eliminate all the toxins from my body, help to the natural functions of the systems and to keep hydrated all the cells.

I was thinking about it, I was preoccupied because we have many habits that affect our body: bad nutrition habits, we sleep few hours, smoke, etc. May be I we can correct our bad habits we can keep ourselves younger for more years.

Washing the Olympics I saw that mostly of those athletes were in their twenties, that made me feel old. Having 30 years is just the second third of our life but I have always heard that physically we begin to go down, I don’t like how it sounds and prefer to think that there is an exception for this rule. I would like to investigate what do I need to keep young longer, to achieve this I need to considerate my nutrition habits, posture, exercise, sleeping, and others.

Nutrition habits are not like healthy habits, but this focuses on eating right and the habits you need to make to stay healthy. The skin reflects what we eat and the lifestyle we have, so If we begin taking care of our skin, over time we can see some results. I will say that the first step to take care of my body is by having a good nutrition.
