The Practice of Yoga

Do you know that the tension and stress is reflected in the skin, the day I heard that I got more stressed because It’s difficult to me to get relaxed when I have a lot of work and when life is not like a would like it to be.

The exercise has helped me to reduce the stress, principally the yoga because it helps me to get relaxed. Yoga is not only hard positions for 30 minutes, it is learning deep breathing and clearing the mind.

Yoga is effective but it will only work if you work it. To obtain results with yoga, as with any program, it is necessary dedication and persistence. There are postures and basic meditations exercises that are simple to learn.

Yoga provides many benefits, it can help to complement other sports because with the practice of yoga we develop some disciplines like stretching, breathing and toning the muscles up, all them are necessary for any sport.

One of the objectives of Yoga is helping to free the mind. It’s not enough to reserve time for yoga if you can’t put your all into practice. It would be pointless, if the body is doing the practice while the mind is busy sorting out some other worries. If you reserve a couple of minutes a day for the development of the mind and personality, forgetting other worries and responsibilities, results will present earlier.
